Emotional Training for Those Who Serve
At Vasseur Creative Services, we had the opportunity to work alongside Marcel Brunel, the creator of Dignity Inc., to help visually document his mission to bring emotional training and resilience to leaders and first responders. His focus? Equipping leaders and first responders with the tools they need to manage emotions with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
Marcel’s work through Dignity in Leadership and Dignity in Policing is all about helping individuals — especially those in high-stress roles — learn how to notice, name, and navigate their emotions with dignity and purpose. His Emotional Regulation Dashboard Assessment and leadership model are empowering frontline professionals in real, tangible ways.
Recently, I attended and documented one of Marcel’s seminars, where I captured both photographs and a short video highlighting the importance of emotional regulation in the workplace. In less than two minutes, Marcel explains why this training is not just helpful — it’s essential for first responders and public servants facing daily mental and emotional strain.
The seminar was filled with powerful moments — heartfelt discussions, practical tools, and open conversations about the real challenges leaders face. Below are a few of our favorite images from the event, which capture the energy, purpose, and dignity of the movement.

We believe in using visual storytelling to amplify important messages. Watching and hearing Marcel discuss Dignity in Leadership is a reminder on just how powerful photos and video can be when paired with meaningful content.
