Over the past several weeks, the team has been focused on:

• Large-scale earthmoving and grading
• Establishing fairway corridors and green complexes
• Beginning detailed bunker shaping
• Refining drainage and creek integration

This is the phase where raw land begins transitioning into intentional design.

From Dirt to Design

At this stage, the course may look rough, but this is where precision matters most. Every contour, slope, and elevation change being shaped now will directly impact playability, drainage, and overall course character.

You can now start to see the intent behind each hole. Green shapes, surrounding contours, and approach areas are becoming clearly defined, giving members a first glimpse of what’s to come.

Creek & Drainage Integration
